When I’m not working (and sometimes when I am), you’ll find me hiking trails, paddling lakes, and snowboarding down slopes with my little family of fellow explorers. If you catch me with my tongue sticking out, that’s just my unavoidable concentration face—equal parts determination and dorkiness. Turns out the same look works whether I’m designing an app or trying not to fall off a paddleboard.
